There are several service levels to match nearly every type of
environment. The following are brief descriptions of each level to help
decide which level is best.
Advanced
This 24x7 service level is designed for robust environments. It
is best suited for global sites or sites that have users that work
through the day, followed by jobs that run nightly, or are taking
advantage of some of the advanced features of Oracle.
Intermediate
This service level will benefit the average active
environment. Support is provided 7 days a week from 7am-7pm.
Safe and
Sound
This service level is designed with the less active
environments in mind. Support is provided Monday thru Friday from
9am-5pm.
Oracle
E-Business Applications This service level monitors the Oracle
E-Business Applications Technology stack as well as providing many
production support consulting services. It can be added to the
Advanced or Intermediate service levels.
ASPs
If you
are an ASP (Application Service Provider) who supports Oracle
technology, then we can partner with you to deliver our services.
