Now for the nitty gritty...
Solution Center Project Manager
The role’s primary responsibility involves the management of a small Oracle EBS support and enhancement projects.
Key focus areas include:
- Managing small teams consisting of client and functional & technical consultant personnel
- Ensuring that the work of the project team meets and remains in scope of the project
- Managing change requests due to project scope changes
- Escalating project issues within SmartDog and the customer
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the project
- Managing and working with your team to achieve their project objectives
- Ensuring your project and customer's success
- Assisting with performing hands on EBS support work based on your EBS background
You are responsible for your project to be on schedule, within budget and with quality results.
Qualifications:
- Formal project management experience, encompassing several projects
- Hands-on Oracle EBS experience. Full life-cycle implementation experience preferred
- Significant experience with Apps configuration, business process transformation, CRP/UAT testing, end using training
- Experience with the RICE projects (i.e. Reports/Interface/Data Conversion/Extensions)
