with and in full support of Oracle’s customer care and software sales teams. In fact, we're Oracle's SMB Partner of the Year for the

We have an immediate opening for a full time Oracle Functional Financials Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Providing functional analysis and Oracle e-Business configuration in the areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,
General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management.
- Providing strategic and tactical planning, organization and direction in support of client project goals.
- Partnering with Practice Directors and sales representatives in pre-sales efforts, scoping, developing project plans,
budgets, implementation schedules, and prioritization of critical tasks.
- Leading small to medium sized functional teams consisting of client and consultant personnel.
- Identifying critical paths, potential hurdles and recommending appropriate actions.
- Establishing and achieving project standards for work quality and quantity.
Qualifications:
- Heavy travel, including international travel
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle AP, AR, GL, FA, CE, Purchasing, iExpense, iProcurement, and iPayment (minimum of 4 years experience in these modules)
- Strong background knowledge of general business accounting principles.
- Some experience with additional Oracle practice areas (HRMS, Supply Chain, Projects, etc.)
- Must have completed at least 3 full life cycle Oracle Financials implementations
- Detailed knowledge of Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)
- Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills.
- Must possess strong leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Finance/Accounting, or BA/BS degree and relevant work experience.
